One of the biggest poker tells there is when your emotions and playing style fluctuates. If you have pocket Aces or a 2/7 off suited hand you should have the same emotion and facial expressions. This is especially the case if you are playing against experienced poker players. Poker is not only about playing the cards in your hand but the ability to read what the other player have by how they conduct themselves and knowing their betting patterns. Experienced players will pick up on things that you do that can give away your hand.

They will pick up on little things as well, such as various betting patterns and facial twitches. You should try to play it cool and act the same way, betting in the same way, no matter what you are holding. If you do something different, whatever it is, when you have a certain type of hand other players will pick up on it and it can cost you money in the long run.
